From July 15 to August 23, the café of Saint-Germain, Les Editeurs, proposes the famous “ Formule de L’Entrecôte ”

It is an elegant brasserie at the Carrefour de l’Odéon that is impossible to miss. Its name, Les Éditeurs, alludes to the strong presence of the publishing world in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood; indeed, this cozy, stylish spot has long attracted writers, journalists, and publishers.
The result is an elegant brasserie bursting with red—seen in the armchairs and banquettes—featuring upstairs lounges with movable partitions, Murano chandeliers on the ground floor, a central staircase, and, above all, thousands of real books lining the walls.
